As a Japanese-speaking Consultant/Analyst, your primary responsibility is to work as a team member on both market research and management consulting engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform research and analysis necessary to complete consulting engagements
• Conduct interviews with industry executives to obtain information for projects, and document it in concisely written interview reports
• Monitor significant industry trends through secondary sources and conduct secondary research
• Analyze primary and secondary research data and interpret findings in clear documents/reports
• Design, write, and deliver client presentations

Job Requirements:

• Strong Japanese & English language and computer skills are essential
• Strong analytical and writing skills, prefer marketing research and consulting experience
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Assertive and professional interpersonal skills
• A quick learner with a strong team spirit

-University degree, preferably a BS degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences- or equivalent); MBA or advanced degree advantageous

• At least 1 year working experience, preferably in consulting, chemicals, petroleum, cosmetics or healthcare.

资历要求：

1.熟练的日语和英文能力，以及优秀的电脑操作能力（Word, PPT, Excel）

2.较强的分析能力和优秀的写作技能

3.专业的表达和沟通技巧

4.敏而好学，以及团队合作精神

5.本科以上学历，偏好于持有理工科学位的应聘人士（如：化学、化工、生物等）；优先考虑MBA或更高学历的应聘人士

6.1年以上工作经验，倾向于有咨询（非人力资源类、非信息工程类、非会计类咨询）业、化工业、石油能源业、化妆品业和生物健康业背景的应聘人士

7 有在日本学习、工作经验，有日本护照和签证者优先
