As part of our continued expansion we are looking for a junior sales executive to join our team. The sales executive is the face of our organization and must represent out company in a good light. He or she is responsible to gather leads, consult clients make sales and supervise a client’s satisfaction during their course of their business relationship with us.

Duties and Responsibilities: 岗位职责：
- Create leads through networking events, cold calls, office visits, personal networks, etc. 通过活动，电话，拜访和个人的其他渠道开发潜在客户。
- Consult, negotiate, make demonstrations and sell to leads so as to maximize profitability for the company and satisfaction for the client. 为潜在客户演示产品，咨询和协商，满足客户需求，最终为公司带来利益。
- Identify the needs of potentials and make product recommendations accordingly. 根据客户的需求，推荐或开发相应产品。
- Be a continuous point of reference for the client, follow up regularly to ensure highest satisfaction and good business relationship. 维护客户关系，定期跟进，满足客户长期需求。
- Keep track of our own leads, potentials and accounts with our CRM software. 通过公司的客户关系软件跟踪潜在，存在的客户。

Requirements: 岗位要求：
- Excellent oral and written Japanese is required 日语听说读写能力佳。
- At least one year or more of sales experience至少一年销售经验。
- A passion for coffee and coffee products热衷于咖啡以及咖啡产品。
- An internationally recognized higher education certificate in a relevant field (such as a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, etc.) 正规院校行政管理，中文，或者英语专业。
- A socially outgoing character with no qualms to approach and talk to people　交际能力强，善于与人，特别是陌生人交流。
- Excellent time-planning skills 合理规划时间的技能。
- A goal oriented mind-set with the ability to achieve set targets 强烈的成功意愿，有始有终的精神。
- Good negotiation and communication skills 善于与客户交流，协商。
- Ability to use Excel, Word, PC and Mac computers可以灵活使用办公软件，特别是苹果电脑系统。
- Oral English skills are very beneficial 具有一定英语能力者有限考虑。
