Responsibilities
- Implement complex features and maintain our frontend applications using industry best practices.
- Work closely with the Product, UX/UI and Backend teams to design, build and extend new features.
- Build reusable component-based web UI architectures with modern frameworks.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well designed testable, client side code.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Technical Skill

Expertise in following Technical areas is MUST.
- Hands-on experience on PWA (Progressive Web Application). Should have hands-on experience in local storage, offline feature, Web App Manifest, service worker and browser notification.
- Excellent in core front-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, SCSS, CSS3)
- Strong knowledge on javaScript frameworks: Angular Js, React, JQuery.
- Strong JavaScript development skills including:
Unit Testing (mocha/ jasmine/ chai)
Packaging (Webpack or gulp)
Technologies like npm, babel
- Code optimization including CSS minifying and script bundling.
- Strong understanding of web services (RESTful) and JSON.

Expertise in following areas is good to have.

- Knowledge of Unit Testing, UI automation and NodeJs.
- Knowledge of application monitoring using AppDynamics, Firebase etc
- Application Packaging: Container framework/Docker

Expertise in design and development of efficient Micro services.
· Micro service development responsibilities include developing high-volume, low-latency APIs for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance-centric web services.
· Develop public API for Automotive domain based on after sales process.
· Write unit test cases using mocking framework for API and services.
· Design and build continuous integration and continuous delivery scripts using open sources platform.
· Packaging using containers, cloud deployment and cloud hosting using popular container orchestration framework.
· Should have experience end-to-end implementation of java based web services or API development in last two years.
