Responsibles：
1. To actively cooperate with the product manager, positive with requirement change, have the ability to accurately assess the impact, and offer reasonable proposal;
2. Continual optimization, and constantly improve the product, be willing to find and solve problems;
3. To participate in project from early stage research to post-period test, also include system operation and maintenance after service release;
4. Be able to communicate with Japan site teams and coordinate together to provide high-quality service and excellent engineering quality for worldwide users.

Skills Requirements:
1. Proficient in Java language, show proficiency in the use of common frameworks (Spring, Mybatis, Jersey, RabbitMQ)，more than three years’ experience in the development of Internet applications and services, or related field; rich development experience of back-end services (Restful ,API, Batch);
2. Proficient in development tools such as Maven, Git, SoapUI, Eclipse;
3. Familiar with common server (Apache, Tomcat) environment configuration, have basic knowledge of clusters and networks;
4. Familiar with common relational databases (Oracle, Mysql) and KVS storage technology (Redis, Cassandra);
5. Familiar with Linux / Unix platform, familiar with common commands, familiar with shell (bash / csh / shell / tcsh) script;
6. Familiar with Object-Oriented Programming, be able to skillfully use the common UML modeling tool. Familiar with automated unit testing, test-driven development, and agile development, fast learner;
7. Have good English speaking and writing skill. Be able to discuss in English during daily work and meeting.

2. Proactive team player, strong executive ability, energetic, be able to work under pressure, good at communication, positive and optimistic.

Experience Requirements
1. More than 1 year’s well-known large-scale website development experience is preferred;
2. Mass data concurrency optimization experience is preferred;
3. Relevant experience with big data processing (Hadoop, Nutch) is preferred.
