Insiders Experience specialises in jeep and sidecar tours off the beaten path in various locations around China. We are now looking for people to lead tours and manage our operations in Guilin. Your job will involve driving passengers into the coutryside by jeep or sidecar, exploring and developing new tour routes, managing a team of drivers, maintaining a fleet of vehicles and lots of other fun stuff.

Requirements:
- C1D chinese driving license (we can help)
- Knowledge and understanding about China
- Experience with chinese roads and traffic
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Other languages (french, korean) are a big plus

Salary:
RMB5000/month fixed + pay for each tour
(works out around 7000 - 16000/month depending on the season)
