JD (a kindergarten in Yiwu, Zhejiang):
-position: homeroom kindergarten teacher
-Salary: 20,000-27,000RMB beforer tax (Depending on qualifications and experience)
-Working days: 5 days work per week from Monday to Friday
-Teaching hours: Vary based on student age. Roughly 5-8 lesson hours per week, follow the school's arrangement.
-Teaching model: Focus on UOI, phonics and English drama. Two foreign teachers in the same year group need to cooperate with each other. For the English teaching group, it includes 2 foreign teachers and 1 Chinese English teacher.
-Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner available on working days.
-Student Age: 3-6 years old
-Class Length: 40 minutes per class (rougly 2 lessons per day)
-Accommodation: Housing allowance of 1000 RMB each month
-Vacation time: All festival holidays basically follow the State Council’s schedule. Roughly 20 days off for Chinese Spring Festival with full pay. 2 months off unpaid in the summer with an option to work in summer camp.
-Yearly Bonus: Employees will be paid a yearly bonus up to one month’s salary which will be determined by the employee’s performance evaluation known as KPI evaluation and the signing of a new contract to extend employment for another academic year.
-Flight Allowance: After completion of a one-year contract the school will pay for one return air ticket to their country of origin according to their passport or any other country.
-Health Insurance: If the employee’s contract is for one-year duration or longer, the school will provide a basic level of healthcare insurance for the employee.

Recruitment requirements for foreign teachers:

1. From native English speaking countries (United States, Canada, Jamaica, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Singapore)

2. Having a bachelor's degree or above

3. More than 2 years of full-time teaching experience in kindergarten (internships and part-time jobs are not included, a recommendation letter from the kindergarten is required overseas, and it must be obtained from the Foreign Experts Bureau domestically)

4. Early childhood education majors are exempt from 2 years of teaching experience
