A international Digital marketing management outsourcing company, Beijing office now hiring a client service manager to join their fast grow, dynamic team.
Responsibilities
• Reporting to the senior managers , understand client digital marketing needs and confidently present solutions to senior managers
• Understand client’s brands and budgets
• Able to catering to the needs of fast-growing client base
• You will be jointly accountable for the execution, delivery and outcomes of digital campaigns
• As first contact of client, you will need to be able to offer ideas and solutions
• Initially performing hands-on planning and management of social media and display campaigns, you will need to delegate this work, in time.
• Work with other member in the office and offices overseas closely to deliver the highest standard of service to client
• Able to discover new needs of client, new business
• Maintain a professional relation with clients

Requirements
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Flexible and available at any point of time to answer the queries of client
• Minimum 3 years Experience leading a team of a minimum of 5 people, optimun 7
• Speaks Mandarin is a plus , but not compulsory
• Expert using Microsoft Office, mainly PPT and XLS
• Minimum 5 years of international experience (working for international markets or living abroad)
• International Education. MBA is a plus
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas creatively in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
• Have a good knowledge of principles of Search Engine Optimization
• Consultant experiences is a plus
