Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to Sales Team, such as prepare and follow up documentations of quotations, sales orders, test reports and sales invoices.
Daily order maintenance.
Payment follow up.
Handle customers general enquires.
Printing of promotional materials.
Provide support in company events.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
HKDSE or above.
2 years or above working experience in Sales Support or Customer Service is preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Hard working, willing to learn, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, positive thinking and a good team player.
Computer knowledge in MS Word Excel is required.
Immediate available is preferred.
Remuneration:
