As a Joining Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the second-level and third-level trouble shooting and technical supporting to achieve the agreed targets of plant technologies. Management and completion of cold joining technologies focused on bolting/screwing technology and all maintenance related activities.  

Also responsible for all delegated technology related topics and budget planning for the relevant department.

Furthermore, optimizing of cold joining processes, bolting-screwing based on process audits, VPS requirements, equipment changes due to standard changes or area improvements, availability studies and production process changes. Implementation of new processes e.g., new equipment, ECP (new material), document changes, joining technology programming, modify, improve, first commissioning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Controls, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Joining technologies in automotive industry, equipment (especially cold joining, bolting/screwing technology).
• Knowledge of different type of joints, machine capability test, process capability test.

• Analytical thinking and focused on archive targets.
• Fluent business English.
