As a Joining Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the second-level and third-level trouble shooting and technical supporting to achieve the agreed targets of plant technologies. Management and completion of all joining technologies and all maintenance related activities.

Also responsible for all delegated technology related topics and budget planning for the relevant department.

Furthermore, support to production lines and Joining issues within the scope of responsibility, focus on the production, including 2nd and 3rd shift or weekends when requested. Take charge in organization to analyze the equipment downtime, quality issues and improve preventive maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Controls, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Joining technologies in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of different type of joints, warm or cold joining.

• Analytical thinking and focused on archive targets.
• Fluent business English.
