Mission and Purpose
The candidate will work in Audi China's Finance and Controlling team and will report to the Manager Controlling. Main task is to report and analyze various kind of data from the Audi China joint ventures and support the management in its decision making process.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Main job objective is to set up and perform a consistent reporting on joint ventures figures, KPIs and analyze provided data in order to improve overall business performance in the joint ventures
The position holder is in charge of discussing with multiple stakeholders from various group companies (e.g. Volkswagen Group China, Audi Sales Division, FAW-VW, Audi AG) in order to obtain relevant data and derive business decisions for Audi China
Prepare and analyze benchmarks between Audi China's joint ventures
Performing special tasks as assigned by supervisor upon request
Qualifications
Education Background
Bachelor or Master degree
Major in Business Administration
Professional Skills
At least 3 years of relevant controlling experience for an international automotive company
Having worked in several relevant controlling functions
Excellent proficiency in relevant IT tools and systems (e.g. MS Office, SAP)
Competence Requirements
High analytical thinking
Well-organized and able to work under pressure
Pro-active and resolution oriented personality
Business oriented mindset to support business development
Language Skills
Native Chinese Speaker
Good command in English (in speaking and writing)
