• support the Journey Lead (Project Lead) with various takes related to the client journeys
• design the future digital support of our UBS GWM value chain along clearly defined end-to-end client journeys
• ensure sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver lasting change
• involving best experts from across the bank, incl. Investment & Trading Platforms, CIO, MM&D and liaising with IT
• apply agile methodology during design and implementation
• support cultural change towards a continuous improvement mind-set
