MAJOR JOB DUTIES

• Arrange full spectrum of production, co-ordinate and implement strategic production安排生产，协调实施战略生产。
• Monitor work-cell production volume and progress, responsible for process continuous improvement.监控工作单元的产量和进度，负责流程的持续改进
• Responsible for monitoring the first pass yield, the standard times and cycle times of work-cell production.负责监控一次合格率，标准时间和工作单元生产周期

• Compile and execute statistical data and analysis, work-cell production effectiveness and efficiency, production wastage.编制和执行统计数据，分析工作单元生产的有效性、效率和生产中的浪费

• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation.与其他部门紧密合作，确保工作顺利进行

• Manage and coordinate Production team activities.(Such as: PEP, QCC, Safety & 6S)管理和协调生产团队的活动（新产品导入，品质改善，安全及6S

• Monitoring Production quality and output.监控生产质量和产量

• Control Production documentation and operational procedure.控制生产文件和操作程序

• Equipment repair and maintenance.设备维修保养

• Making WI.制造作业指导书

• Production tools and probe calibration and maintenance.生产工具和探头的校准和维护

• Make electronic jig and fixtures according to instruction.根据指示制作电路测试工具和相关的测试设备

• Maintenance and repair of jig and fixtures for production.生产工装夹具的维护和维修

• Supervise repair team.监督维修团队

• Analyze failed products. Document and report failure statistics.分析失败的产品，记录和报告故障的统计数据

• Carry out assignments assigned by Production Engineering Supervisor.执行生产工程主管分配的任务
  

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree in Electronic engineering.
• At least 5 years solid experience in electronic manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities.

• Proficient knowledge in making Testing tools and jig.

• Solid understanding and familiar of Control charts, FMEA, Statistics knowledge, ISO standard and six-sigma/Lean manufacturing tools for continuous improvement.

• Familiar with relevant international standards for electronics industry and appliance. (IPC, etc.)

• Time management skills

• SW develop & maintenance(Language: VC or C++)
• Good communication skills in English(CET4 or same standard)
• Good command in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• Knowledge in Testing and PCB layout design SW.

• SW (Language: VC or C++)

• Visual studio 2010 program and debug
• Strong communication skills
