In this Product Brand Manager role, you will be working on one of our most strategic skincare brands, with the objective to make effective skincare powered by green science available for everyone. Over the past years, Garnier has grown in consumer love and market share thanks to its strong product portfolio, engaging consumer activations and strong commitments in both Belgium and the Netherlands.

 

In this position, your report into the (senior) Product Brand Manager Garnier, with who you will create the strategy to fuel the growth of Garnier skincare in the years to come. That means that you will have to create strong consumer centric (media) activations and drive RGM topics in the organization.

 

Who I am?

As Product Brand Manager you are part of a multidisciplinary marketing team and within it, you are the ‘Brand Champion’ meaning you are responsible for the growth of your brand. Furthermore, you are the owner of consumer insights, making sure they remain at the heart of our marketing decisions and strategies; from budget creation, portfolio management and media campaigns, all while enhancing and developing the brand equity. In short: you are accountable for driving and implementing the 360 strategies for Garnier skincare, answering the local consumer needs for both Belgium and the Netherlands.

 

My responsibilities

  • The Product Brand Manager has a very diverse set of tasks:
  • Analyzing data and translating your findings into concrete action plans for improvement. You know how read a P&Ls and create business cases
  • Create a portfolio and product vision, strategy and growth plan
  • You are the owner of the media axis from brief to implementation and performance analyzes for improvement
  •  Roll out the right tailor-made media strategy
  • Own brand identity/DNA

Our ideal candidate has:

  •  A master degree, preferably in a relevant field
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in product management/marketing
  • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch in speaking and writing
  • Experience with fast and effective internal and external stakeholder management
  • A broad understanding of FMCG such as Brand management, Digital, Category Management, E-Commerce and Sales.
