YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Under direct supervision, develops short- and long-term product strategy for all Radiology portfolio. Guide channel/grower programs consistent with strategic priorities and financial goals.

Internal Activities

- Collaborate with all Radiology team and support sales, customer support, customer success and medical manager on different day by day activities.

- Contributes to the planning, monitoring, execution and evaluation of P&I, media, promotional assets, competition, price evolution, internal and external events, supply, projects and innovation.

- Contributes to the development and implementation of brand/product plans and monitor all progress of specific projects focusing on offline and online strategy (digital + innovation).

- Tracks and analyses brand/product performance and trends in terms of volume and profitability.

- Maintains close contact with sales, supply, medical and regulatory functions to sense business conditions and trends.

- Lead asset teams (product development, regulatory, and product strategy) for assigned assets/products.

- Contributes to the development and implementation of financial forecast (market analysis + BUD, FCs) and Product supply (demand, APO).

External Activities

- Customer contact with distributors, Radiologists, Technologists, biomedical and administrators, in partnership with sales, clinical support and service team.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration.), post-graduation desirable (MBA or PhD).

• Work experience: Solid experience in the Marketing area on Pharma business, with good knowledge in financial forecasting, marketing strategy and product supply. Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel), Veeva, Tableau, Power BI and Sales force.

• Language: fluent English / Desirable Spanish
