What are my responsibilities?

1. Proactively support the training program to be familiar with company process and procedure; Understanding transformer knowledge and proactively take part in the workshop practise; Better integrate into company and society;
2. Finish the training program and task assignment in the training period;
3. Workshop production capacity assessment and analysis;
4. Workshop layout design and optimization;
5. Workshop plan follow up and issue coordinate;
6. Manufacturing documents preparation and amending;
7. Lean activity implementation.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor or above;
2. High voltage, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical;
3. Good command of English;
4. Has EHS sense and knowledge.
5. Have experience and ability to analyze and solve problems.
