Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of Windows Server (2016) to include provisioning and de-provisioning.

• Support End-user devices and printers

• Image Laptops and desktops

• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PKI

• Support and administer Box, Okta SSO, Okta, MFA, WebEx, and Jabber

• Manage incidents and changes using ITSM – Remedy or ServiceNow

• Receive and respond to escalations from Desktop Support and field support team. Escalate issues to management, if necessary.

• Support System Center Configuration Manager (patching, reporting, packaging applications, and deploying software).

• Support Asset management activities

• Create, troubleshoot, and support PowerShell scripts

• Monitor and troubleshoot Veritas backups and scheduled jobs

• Update and manage documentation as necessary.

• Provide Root cause analysis to production outages as required

• Administer Nutanix AHV and VMware

• Adhere to IT access-management and change control procedures.

• Basic understanding of SQL database environments and support.

Skill/Job Requirements:

• 3 years+ support Windows and Network Infrastructure

• Windows server 2016

• TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, PKI

• Power Shell Scripting

• SSO – Federated services, OKTA a huge plus
