Daily Responsibilities:
1. Design window display on marketing objectives and seasonal themes.
2. Explore solutions for structure and materials.
3. Support Senior Designer to bring ideas to life in a precise and concise way.
4. Improve window design guidelines for better execution control.
5. Work with cross-function team on all instore & VIM communication needs.
6. Effort of delivering a clear tone of voice to the C&A consumer across CHINA.

Competencies:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the international fashion retail/apparel VIM.
3. Design field.
4. Passion for retail/design.
5. Positive attitude & team work spirit.
6. Highly self-motivated, with sharp attention to details.
7. Good communication skills (written and spoken).
8. Good sense and taste of fashion/retail.
9. Have strong brand awareness.
10. Ability to work under pressure & tight timelines and still deliver high quality results timely.
11. Proficient in related software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
