Job description / Mission:

We are looking for an accountant for Atlas Copco (Shanghai) Trading.

You will be responsible for the account payable related accounting and reporting issues of of CT of Atlas Copco (Shanghai) Trading.

• Manage bank account accurately and keep liaison with banks to follow up the latest regulations;
• Upload or manual process payment in e-banking or check, make sure payment process is complete and successful.
• Perform payments clearing in accordance with payment term and company procedure;
• Properly process foreign currency transaction in accordance with local SAFE regulations;
• Cooperate with other functions to provide sufficient bank documents including bank statements, payment receipt and advice, etc.
• Bank draft management, responsible for the bank's acceptance bill process
• contribute to improve the BAD process
• Bank reconciliation follow up
• Foreign currency payment prepare and process
• Monitor cash balance and prepare cash forecast
• Provide necessary schedules and documentation for internal and external audit purposes
• Interacts with banks, auditors and tax authorities
• Be responsible for required treasury reports:
• Work with GL team to respect monthly closing deadline;
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports per requirements.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information timely and accurately;
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
• Other accounting admin work, such as filing, VAT registration etc.

Experience requirements:

• Have related work experience, accounting and acceptances experience preferred
• Good understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standard is essential
• Be familiar with tax, experienced in external audit and annual income tax filing is priority
• Knowledge sophisticated ERP system, SAP is priority

Knowledge / Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking
• Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel
