Job Description

Junior Account (2 months contract)

 

Job Highlights:

  • Provide account support to the Account Manager
  • Account Receivable, Payable, Petty Cash & Payroll

Job Duties:

  • Provide account support to the Account Manager.
  • Account Receivable, Payable, Petty Cash & Payroll System.
  • Handling filing, correspondence including reports, and English/Chinese correspondence
  • Prepare Promotion Analysis, Report etc.


Job Requirements:

  • F5 or above preferable with Diploma in formal secretarial/or commercial training
  • At least 1 years of relevant secretarial or administrative working experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking, willing to work under pressure and independent
  • Immediate availability
  • Excellent PC knowledge and Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • MYOB is a must
