Job Description
We are looking for a (Junior) Account Manager for our Luxury Products Division.

The role
Our Luxury Market has experienced a strong transformation over the last years. With new business models and new retailers entering the market locally and from abroad with a strong online + offline footprint. Embracing this always changing environment, we are looking for a (Junior) Account Manager who gets energy from building relationships and getting things done. This entrepreneurial role is focused on growing current and new retailer partnerships within the boundaries of the selective beauty market, both on- and offline. Within this role you master all components of a distinctive (online) customer journey, and you will help our partners redefine and push the boundaries of the (online) Luxury Beauty experience, while sustaining profitable growth for the group.  

Your main responsibilities
In this unique and strategic position, you are the (Junior) Account Manager for some of our biggest independent Perfumeries, including their webshops. You will also support the E-commerce team, in their day to day tasks.
 
Your main responsibilities are divided by Account Management and helping with (online) projects for growth. Both being hands-on, as well as strategic;
  • Building and improving sustainable relationships with our partners
  • Presenting and selling promotions and new launches to our partners
  • Creating, implementing and analyzing promo- and trade plans 
  • Having strong, up-to-date e-commerce knowledge
  • Monitoring the consumer journey, to continuously improve the consumer experience 
  • Working together with the (online) marketeers in order to create and implement (online) trade slots 
  • Install a data driven way or working with clear KPI’s to pilot and scale your commercial strategy
  • Track and trace the sales parameters of the job (SISO, forecasting, profitability, ROI etc.)
  • Ensure operational excellence by aligning internal stakeholders
  • Supportive tasks in order to guarantee operational excellence for both your clients and for our biggest E-COM clients

Your profile
In this role you need to be entrepreneurial, proactive and innovative to succeed. You are strategic in setting priorities for growth and hands-on in making it a reality. You have to be passionate about luxury and strong in building balanced retailer partnerships. 

You have strong commercial and interpersonal skills. You are methodical and organized. You can cope with tight deadlines and are at ease in an international and dynamic work environment.
You are results oriented, while complex challenges motivate you. You are a client-focused team player, who likes to work in a fast-paced environment with a high standard of quality.


Expected skills
  • You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant (commercial) working experience 
  • You are a strong self-starter and able to set clear priorities to drive sustainable growth
  • You have experience with brand activation plans
  • You have experience in a (beauty) brand retail environment
  • You are a true team player, able to activate internal stakeholders to drive joint success
  • You understand online sales and you are able to set up critical KPI’s for sustainable growth 
  • You are able to use data to develop, adapt & innovate (online) business strategies
  • You guard brand and product DNA and you understand how to build a distinctive brand experience
