- Be responsible for treasury and investment related work for Beijing Branch;

- Involve in the preparation work for all Group deliveries and communication;

- Contribute to all kinds of reports related to treasury and investment;

- Contribute to part of the local regulatory reports

- Involve in part of expense checking and related analysis work

- Keep good relationship with local banks, custodian banks and other financial institutions.

- Be responsible for all treasury and investment relevant execution work;

- Ensure all transaction instructions are executed accurately & timely and report to local regulators per request;

- Contribute to maintain Bank accounts management, including but not limited to accounts opening, closing, signature card updating and others;
- Prepare monthly payment plan based on expense forecast and all information received from different function;
- Involve in periodic cash balance control per internal requirement;

- Coordinate with Hub treasury team or SGI for treasury and investment issues, including updating accounts statement, sending tickets, explaining queries and making reconciliation;

- Prepare all supporting document for investment related vouchers such as the instruction for fund transfer, Term Deposit arrangement, Money Market Fund and Government Bond investment, monthly bond revaluation and quarterly interest accrual, etc.;
- Assist in monthly bank statement reconciliation, SGI position reconciliation, custodian fee and management fee reconciliation;
- As the back up for treasury & investment booking, reconciliation and reporting work;
- Contribute to part of the local report to CBIRC and other regulators monthly/quarterly;
- Involve in part of the expense checking and related analysis work;

- Other ad hoc task.

- Over 2 years accounting experience in foreign company

-Ability to work under stressful environment

-Team work spirit

-Good IT skills, well versed in Excel and Word

- Knowledge of Insurance / reinsurance accounting specificities is preferred;

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance at least
