Job Description

Job Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Central Accounting Team in RWS group operational finance reporting to the Central Accounting Manager.

 

We have a high workload around month end where we routinely complete a large number of month end tasks and balance sheet reconciliations over 49 legal entities which makes up about 60% of the total month end for the region. This drives our resolution to ensure that we work as efficiently as possibly whilst maintaining the flexibility needed to service the changing needs of the business.

 

CAT have driven a huge amount of positive change in systems and process in Western EMEA as well as globally and we are looking for people to help us lead this change into Central Eastern Europe as well.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Month end journal posting including prepayments, accruals and revaluations
  • VAT Reconciliations
  • Bank payment approvals
  • Post central journals for recharges and expenses
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Operational Finance

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Willingness to learn and an ability to adapt to change
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on and proactive
