Duties

Handle AP activities and process payments via E-banking system

Check staff reimbursements with attached invoices and ensure the rationality

Record the cash and bank transaction timely and accurately and compliance with the internal control procedure

Bank maintenance for paper documents, bank information change

Assist with the A/R and A/P managements.

Support the external and internal audit

Qualifications

College degree major in accounting or economics

1-2 years of relevant working experience

Good in English communication, both spoken and written

Prudent, self-disciplined and patient
