Job Description

Responsibilities:

²  To manage team meeting/training/activity;

²  To provide administrative support to the team including Agenda, Minutes, statistics, data, regular report preparation

²  Administrative support in company events, projects as assigned independently.

²  Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

Requirements:

   Diploma or above;

   No working experience required but have interest in insurance industry.

   Good command of Mandarin preferred;

   Strong PC knowledge in MS Office and related software;

   Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-minded and with strong sense of responsibility.

   Immediate available or short notice candidate preferred
