Bank Negara Malaysia is looking for a junior executive to join its Beijing Representative Office (BRO) located in China World Tower (Guomao).

His or her main responsibilities include assisting Chief Representative and his Deputy in the areas of:

• Surveillance of the Chinese financial markets, particularly bond and equity markets
• Prepare daily reports on the development of financial markets
• Attend conferences and meet with those from the financial industry circle and companies
• Sharing of administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operation of the office

The candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in the field of Finance or Economics, with knowledge on Chinese financial markets
• Ability to speak, read and write with good command of English will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
