What are my job responsibilities? Creates and maintains all databases required for development, testing and production usage. Provides 1st line production support/troubleshooting Provides technical supporting , perform standard test cases for PD Applications ,PEGA ,RF tool, Ueasy etc Proactively fix support issues, provide or suggest remedial actions or route issues to developer for remediation; Liaise with external vendor, other support teams and development departments to ensure incidents are resolved; What do I need to qualify for this role?
