？ Be able to take design direction from senior design staff and translate it to a detailed SketchUp or Revit model with minimal supervision.

？ Liaise with project managers and site managers to translate detailed design into construction

？ Work to tight deadlines and support on multiple projects at any one time

Desired Skills and Experience

所需技能及经验

？ At least 2 year experience in commercial Architectural Design

两年以上商业建筑设计经验

？ Architectural design diploma/degree or other equivalent qualification

建筑设计专业学历或同等资历

？ Some experience in technical coordination and drawing production

有技术协调与出图经验

？ Good client management skills

良好的客户管理技能

？ Experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching

有空间规划/概念设计/草图绘制经验

？ Furniture and materials awareness of the local/international market

了解本地/国际市场的家具和材料

？ Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and and MS Office

精通Sketchup、Revit、AutoCAD及MS 办公软件

？ Fluent written and spoken business English

商务英语书写及口语流利

？ Good conceptual design background a bonus

有良好的概念设计背景极佳
