Responsibilities

+ Assist in cost controlling and maintain the profitability of the store

+ Ensure high service quality in the store and adhere to company standards

+ Handle customer inquiries and complaints

+ Conduct on-the-job training, including service etiquette and customer service knowledge and techniques

+ Assist Operation Manager to oversee the daily shop operations, including roster scheduling, assigning duties, repair & maintenance of restaurants etc

+ Create customer satisfaction and maintain a good retention rate.

Requirements

+ DSE graduated, diploma in hotel management / Food & Beverage would be an advantage.

+ Working experience in Japanese cuisine restaurant is an advantage

+ 4 years or above relevant experiences, at least 2 years supervisory experiences in catering

+ Strong leadership & interpersonal skills

+ Sound knowledge of food, drinks and wine would be an advantage

+ Strong communication skills in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

+ Positive and energetic mindset

+ Passionate for foods

+ Service and customer oriented

+ Potential candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior Supervisor.
