Job responsibility:
1. Prepare relevant corporate documents under supervision;
2. Research through Web or telephone on updated government regulations/on companies & other relevant policies;
3. Visit relevant government offices/clients offices for corporate work;
4. Other tasks required relating to business services.
Requirements:
1. Good skill of communication
2. Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, etc.);
3. Mature and well-organized.
4. Client service experience is required
5. Experience in dealing with government officers for company set up/certificate changing is an advantage;
6. Experience in government documentation preparation is an advantage;
7. Visas processing and social welfare related work experience is an advantage;
8. Good command of spoken and written English skills is an advantage;
