This team Design Monitoring and Engineering delivers 24/7 incident, event and service request management support to Intel Global Design Computing environment. We are the center of development and knowledge of the Intel Compute Design environment.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Advance Linux debugging
• Detecting, analyzing and solving complex problems.
• Cooperating with Engineers from all over the world
• Develop scripts and automation mainly in PERL, BASH, SQL, PHP, HTML to improve monitoring and control capabilities.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Software, Electric Engineering or related fields
• 6+ months of experience in Unix/Linux AND Windows Servers Administration.
• Excellent English level
• Willing to work in compressed schedule (including one day of the weekend)

Preferred

• Customer Service Experience.
• Experience with PERL, BASH, SQL, PHP and HTML.
