Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! • Supports Business Administrations of an assigned business organization. • Full responsibility for on time Invoice, BGs, LC submission to customers and bank. • Minimize overdue Invoices by constant and consistence follow up Mail/Call/Meeting to clear Invoices before due date • Responsible for checking the LC Document before submission to have a clean base document submission • Handling TRA Registration. • Keep the Account Receivables Report updated with clear and transparent action plan, comment and due date. • Keep Customer Contact Details and BG report updated • Full responsibility for on time clearing of customers payment against respective Invoices in SAP. • Following up with vendors for invoice and minimizing vendors open advance amount • Providing Ad hoc support/reports to SI Team as per management requests • Supporting in ICV Profile • Supports BU’s on Forecast & Budget load into SPS+; Your Qualifications And Skills -Digital And Solid! • University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent; • Fluent in English and Arabic • Deep knowledge of SAP and MS Office. • Strong communication skills and team oriented. • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment. • Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness. • Strong business competence and professional ethics. • Max 2-years’ experience in Accounting or Finance What else do you need to know?
