We are looking for a Junior Bid Manager (m/f/d), who will be support our pre-
sales team for our Public & Enterprise customers. This includes commercial as
well as technical responsibilities.
Specifically, this job role includes:
Interaction with and support of the Commercial Bid Manager in
• General guidance on regular basis, like cost trends, tips, tactics, best
practices
• Accurate product cost forecast, detailed on component level for the next
9-12 months to the sales organization
• Providing Transition information and platform strategy (sell-up, sell-down)
• Product Transition reviews to improve profitability and document
achievements
Interaction with and support of the Technical Bid Manager in
• Providing insights on our competitive position
• Maintain expertise on focus product and overall industry trends
• Defining right product for tender (read and work on customer requests)
• Cost optimization by choosing the right components in an existing tender
This position is an outstanding opportunity to support our success in
Enterprise/Public Sales. It requires a deep dialogue and strong relationships
with the sales teams as well as the Finance and Service departments and is a

Position Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or industrial engineering
• Analytic and structured thinking with fact based discission making and
problem solving
• Technical knowledge and understanding, with an advantage if IT hardware
• Affinity to sales and customer centric approach
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, VBA not needed
• Commitment & action oriented
• Superior written and spoken English and German and strong communication
skills are a must
