• DSE Graduate with 1-2 years working experience; 
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin;
• Detail-oriented person with good organization abilities;
• Good PC knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

THE JOB

• Monitor and follow up status of the on-line orders;
• Stock monitoring;
• Maintain quality communication with customers and provide solutions to resolve customer requests;
• Coordination work with our overseas office on customer care processing; 
• Coordination with suppliers on stock replenishment;
• Work on system data to generate CRM reports and recommendations
