Junior Compensation Analyst- (9 months fixed term contract)

Main Responsibilities

· Create a shared mailbox and issue tracking system for the Compensation & Benefits Team and monitor issues raised by category and urgency

· Support Senior Compensation Analyst in the maintenance & clean-up of current compensation planning tools

· Support Senior Compensation Analyst in the running of group compensation planning

· Support Senior Compensation Analyst in development of individual communication letters

· Run standard reports on an ad-hoc basis in response to business requests

· Support team with compensation data testing & cleaning for HRIS Compensation module implementation

Experience and Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel, Outlook

· Enjoys organizing and structuring – this role will need to set up a system for the team to work together

· English – good level
