Bosch Rexroth (Changzhou) Co. The junior controller is responsible for a range of reporting and forecast tasks and fulfills these independently. She or he contributes to improving the applied controlling methods, tools and processes in her/ his area of responsibility. Tasks can range from transfer price maintenance, reporting file creation and uploading to PDCL controlling and cost center or account controlling. The junior controller contributes to the overall success of DCCC by transparently showing the actual financial situation and accurately planning and forecasting in their areas of responsibility.  初级成本控制人员主要负责准备每月和每年的财务报告和预测报告。候选人能够不断改进成本控制分析方法和工具，不断完善成本控制分析流程。主要任务包括维护关联公司价格，创建报告模板以及完成成本中心成本预算计划执行与控制。确保财务数据和预测数据的真实性，正确性，透明性。

• Cost center accounting and planning (including rolling forecast, cost analysis report on a monthly basis. 成本中心核算（含年度滚动预算 ）, 提供月度分析报表

• Headcount planning & personnel cost planning and control on cost center base monthly.    以成本中心为单位做好人员及成本预算控制，提供月度分析报表

• Transfer Price quoting and control, monthly report and yearly transfer price updates. 关联公司询价，价格差异分析报表及年度价格更新; 根据业务需求向关联公司询价（采购及销售）

• Filling & checking & uploading reporting and planning files (e.g. MBR, BP, CF) 填制/核对/提交月度报表和季度年度报表

• Provide support in business plan.  参与年度预算工作

• Further support works of controlling. 其他财务控制相关工作

• Other temporary work. 其他临时工作

University degree (Bachelor), major in accounting and finance; 财务会计专业，大专学历及以上

Working experience in controlling, finance and/or accounting preferred. 熟悉制造企业标准成本理念，财务专业优先。

Basic experience with SAP FI/CO优先考虑有SAP财务模块经验的申请人

Basic knowledge of reporting and planning processes, cost calculation methods, investment management and financial controlling. 了解投资控制、资产管理内容及财务控制的流程。

Good ability of logical thinking and reasoning, strong result orientation, customer-focused.有较强的逻辑思维分析能力，以结果为导向， 以客户为中心。

Self motivated, hardworking, good communication, good conception about processes orientation工作积极主动，有良好的沟通能力，理解能力和学习能力。

Good English language skills. 计算机操作熟练；英语良好，具备较好的读写和口语能力
