Junior Data Executive

The Junior Data Executive’s core goal is to research and validate business-to-business data to improve and ensure the quality of what we supply to our flagship client, a global juggernaut in the technology and search industry.

Working as part of our Data Services Team you will be part of a young and enthusiastic team who have the opportunity to experience a dynamic agency environment with access to various other business areas to learn from.

Responsibilities

• Research company information online
• Validate existing data against information found online
• Input, manipulate, organise and correctly format data in Excel
• Work with other members of the team to manually validate data sets
• Contribute ideas to ongoing data validation process
• Learn on the job, more advanced Excel skills, macros, etc.
• Continually maintain and deliver data at a high quality
• Occasional ad-hoc support for other teams when required
• Working to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills are required, with a desire to improve
• English language skills are required, other languages such as Korean or Japanese are a bonus
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Immediate available is highly preferred
