Job Responsibilities

• Oversee sample development of denim and trims

• Develop technical packages based on sketches and/or samples from clients

• Prepare trend book for buyers

• Manage fit sessions including design, merchandising, and production teams

• Create and communicate all fit comments and answering all factory questions 

• Maintain a fast-paced product development calendar

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Mandarin

• 5 years technical design experience in men's and women's denim

• Significant experience and skill in draping fabrics and fit

• Knowledge in laundry & sewing is a must

• Good understanding of U.S. Fashion Trend

• Strong planning skills with a sense of priority for deadlines

• Fast-paced working style, as well as being highly organized and detail oriented - Knowledge of Adobe CS Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel

• Frequent travel is required
