Join us in the E-commerce as (Junior) Digital Projects Coordinator and support the delivery of eCommerce projects in an administrative capacity. 
  

Here is a summary of some of the great things you will be doing:

  • Organise (and schedule) Project meetings and workshops with Steering Groups, Workstream leads and other Project stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support for project meetings including capture of decisions and actions
  • Regular update of project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) logs
  • Liaising with expert consultants, involved teams and external stakeholders for coordinating tasks and assigning responsibilities
  • Update and administer the project plan as required with updates from Workstream / Project Managers and the outcomes of project and Committee level meetings and workshops.
  • Prepare monthly reports for SteerCo
  • Support preparation of meetings and ensure distribution in a timely manner
  • Coordinating handover to internal teams from project mode to run mode
  • Integrating learnings from run mode back into project mode for further developments and improvement of the project

 

Your experience and skills include:

  • First experience in business administration and project management
  • First experience in partner relationship management
  • Digital marketing experience (ideally in web/product development)
  • Understanding of project management methodology
  • Advanced English, any other European language will be an asset
  • Understanding of Market & Competitive intelligence
  • Travel industry background will be an asset
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines, attention to detail 
  • Self-motivation and ability to engage and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work with and in remote teams
