To provide excellent customer service through information and solutions to the callers who are interacting with the Life Call Centre.- Taking outbound calls
- contacting customers for welcome call
- Monitoring & guiding the team to handle complaints / negative feedback/ enhance the customer base via incoming calls
- Training & Development of Team members on Product knowledge and processes
- preparing monthly rosters –Inbound (weekend/two nights in weekend)
- Checking Call quality
- Preparing relevant Management Information
- Upgrading procedure manualRecord keeping according to the day today changes
