To provide excellent customer service through information and solutions to the callers who are interacting with the Life Call Centre.Responsibility and accountability to answer inbound calls
* Answer 80% of inbound calls within 20 seconds (Inbound SLA)
* Maintain the average Handling time (AHT), Increase the no of calls answered, Enhance the service level, Improve the accuracy & quality of the call, enhance knowledge (Product/Technical / Process/Systems), Reduce the Not Ready Time.
* Responsibility of timely log in (weekdays/ weekends/ Lunch time / Rush hours/Peak hours & holidays-in Rosters)
* Ensure to attend customer call backs on time/complaints/ Negative feedbacks/ Requests within the service standards
