To provide excellent customer service through information and solutions to the callers who are interacting with the Life Call Centre.Responsibility and accountability to answer inbound calls
- Answer 80% of inbound calls within 20 seconds (Inbound SLA)
Providing 100% accurate information to customers
Responsibility to reduce number of abandon calls while maintaining 0 number of alert timeouts
Maintain the average Handling time (AHT), Increase the no of calls answered, Enhance the service level, Improve the accuracy & quality of the call, enhance knowledge (Product/Technical / Process/Systems), Reduce the Not Ready Time
Ensure to attend customer call backs on time/complaints/ Negative feedbacks/ Requests within the service standards
Forward customer requests to relevant departments if and when necessary and follow up until it is completed
