Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide full scope of secretarial & administrative support to senior management
  • Responsible for travel arrangement, schedule meeting and calendar management, coordinate with internal staff and external parties;
  • Run errands for senior management
  • Participate in any ad hoc tasks assigned
  • Report to the company’s COO, CFO, and head of group systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' solid experience in Secretary or Administration
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Good in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure and good attention to details
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, adaptive to a fast-changing environment and may need to work outside office hours

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • solid: 2 years (Preferred)
