The Challenge • Assembly of BIC to achieve production target by putting right effort as per SOP, able to execute the defined routine tasks in line with defined set of procedures/instructions. • quality orientation towards the activities being carried out in safest manner in which individual and others safety is not compromised • Maintain basic 5S at your work area. • Understand the arrangement of SF6 Gas handling equipment’s. • Maintain a quality of culture for defect free assembly output in production. • Maintain optimum resource utilization by having a good co-ordination within team. • Follow basic rule of assembly with proper process and maintain regular housekeeping. • Participation in programs of Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous improvement, compliance and corporate governance, EHS etc. • Support in RCA and take CA on problem to avoid recurrence. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of experience in Assembly and manufacturing activity. • English Language – Candidate must have professional written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact effectively with team members and supervisors • Understand & reading of manufacturing and assembly drawing. • Good at team player and learning attitude. • Must have ability to define the problem statement precisely and support team in resolving the issues. • Must have basic knowledge and capable of using tools and equipment's used in manufacturing set up. • Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)– Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.
