职责描述：
? Arrange regional Supply Chain Finance reporting schedule ensuring Plant to deliver all management reports and monthly financial results accurately and timely;
? Monitor LWT Asia manufacturing Key Performance Indicators and gate keeper of LWT Asia SCM dashboard.
? Work on the monthly & ad hoc review decks for CSCO.
? Perform extensive variance analysis vs. prior years, forecasts and budgets;
? Support the continuous improvement of LWT Asia manufacturing cost & verify the saving results are reporting profitability & accurately;
? Keep tracking on the AR status & inventory control for plants, ensuring good operating cash flow.
? Assist in the development and monitoring of capital expenditure investment for short and long-range planning.
? Provides both on-going and ad hoc reporting and analysis.

? Good knowledge of Manufacturing finance area as well as local and international accounting rules and policies;
? Result oriented, autonomous, hands-on, persevering;
? Strong interpersonal and influencing skills;
? Strong integrity, Passion and Drive for internal control and process improvement;
? Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
? Bachelor degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics (or similar), CPA / ACCA are prefer ;
