Job Description
Do you like handling invoices, recording and dispatching it and ensuring stringent follow up. Do you have an operational accounting background and would like to enrich this with investment fund process knowledge?

We are looking for a new team member to support our growing business to

- execute the fund expense control process, including recording of invoices in the log, obtain approvals from stakeholders and UBS FML signatories (including Conducting Officers)
- monitor outstanding approvals, follow up aged items
- communicate and follow up with fund accounting firms and vendors
- issue invoices for services provided by the Luxembourg Management Companies including also re-invoicing to funds of services centrally purchased and paid and related follow up
- to support administratively our business.
