#### Position Description:
Lenovo HR team is looking for a Junior HR Partner to join its Services team.
This is a functional HR position (rather than a country HR position) - you
would be supporting the Services function across Europe, Middle East and
Africa. You wouldn’t need to travel or work very late evening hours, but you
would be working with Lenovo employees in many countries and get international
communication experience. This position is great as an introduction to the HR
work, although previous HR experience would certainly be welcome.
You would be supporting managers in several teams, helping them solve HR-
related questions and issues, making sure HR processes are being followed,
supporting relocation of employees, creating and maintaining reports and other
tasks – see list below. You will work directly with a Senior HR Partner and
have lots of contact with other HR teams: Talent Acquisition and Recruiting,
Country HR team, Compensation and Benefits, etc. A large portion of your team
would be located in the same office in Bratislava, so there is a lot of
opportunity for face-to-face cooperation.
This is full-time position for a limited time (until March 31st). After that,
there is an outlook to get an unlimited position, but it is not guaranteed.
This is a present-in-the-office job, but some home office opportunities can be
arranged.

As a Junior HR Partner, you will work on:
• EMEA HR policy guidance for managers and Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
• Data input & tracking in HR-tools (Workday, People Fluent, CapRelo)
• Create reports, guides and manuals (ad-hoc)
• Prepare and carry out trainings for managers (ad-hoc)
• Participate in Performance Management, Promotion and Salary Increase
discussions
• Cooperate with Finance on Headcount & Hiring-tracking activities
• Cooperate with Local HRPs and Talent Acquisition Team in EMEA (e.g. issue
job offers)
• Knowledge sharing with Functional HRBPs from Americas, Asia Pacific and
China regions
• Communicate with Immigration Agency and support Global transfers
• Support Services reward and recognition system
#### Position Requirements:
• Fluent Business English (oral and written); another European language is an
advantage
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (creating reports), Power Point (creating
presentations), Outlook (managing calendar and own tasks)
• Ability and proven record from past jobs of being able to work in a
structured way on several tasks at once and being highly productive in getting
things done efficiently
• Pleasant and clear communication style (in English), ability to cooperate
effectively with colleagues
• Proactive, doesn’t need to be pushed or checked – works on her own on her
tasks, eager to solve problems
• Quick-learner
• Detail-orientated and analytical
Base gross monthly salary from 1100 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
