• Provide ERP support for Dextra’s Hong-Kong offices 50 users.
• Analyze user’s ERP requirements and pro-actively propose changes, developments, and trainings.
• Develop data sets and analytics dashboards for both Hong Kong and the rest of Dextra Group.
• Provide occasional technical support to end users.

Under the management of Dextra China’s Group ITS Manager, you will join Dextra China’s ITS team (3 people) and be part of Dextra Group’s ITS team (22 people).

As part of a young and dynamic team, you will join our exciting cloud projects and ERP, Business Intelligence roadmaps supported by the ITIL working framework.

1. ERP Support and Service Deliver

• Organize user trainings on ERP
• Handle helpdesk support, incident, and problem management
• Escalate and follow-up to ERP partner, or head office ITS team

1. PowerBI Analytics Data Sets and Dashboards

• Coordinate with Dextra Group to develop group wide data sets for analytics
• Train users, deploy changes and ensure user adoption

1. Information System Services Support

• Technical support on HRMS, Business Intelligence and Intranet services
• Provide local support ERP and IBM Cognos TM1
• Provide 1st line support for local users with minor technical issues and serve as escalation to IT team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience on ERP systems support, with Dynamics AX experience a plus.
• Have strong English skills, spoken and written
• Proactive, service minded, strong team player and able to work under pressure in a multinational working environment
• IT skills: Knowledge of the following is required
  • General understanding of ERP systems.
  • SQL and Stored procedure programming.
  • Database management in MS SQL server.

• Microsoft Dynamics AX12 R3 is a plus
