About The Role:

The IT Department is seeking a motivated individual to join our Service Delivery team. As an IT – Service Delivery Engineer you will be working closely with the rest of the team, reporting to the Regional IT Manager and assisting with daily routine tasks as well as high profile projects. The ideal candidate is forward thinking, passionate, and excited to create a positive impact within the team and for internal customers. You will gain experience related to IT support services, make professional contacts through networking, and gain hands-on experience to highlight on your resume.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems
  • Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers
  • Assist with Software and hardware asset management
  • Support the IT Service Delivery team with daily tasks and projects

 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience as a technical support or Service Desk Specialist
  • Practical experience in the operation and troubleshooting of user workplace environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 8, 8.1, 10), Microsoft Office 2013/2016 suite 365 CLOUD
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft domain environment based on Active Directory, Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, and DNS
  • Good knowledge and understanding of computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
