Your new role – challenging and future-oriented In your new role as Junior IT Service Manager for Applications you will: work together with experienced IT Service Managers in their application services takeover first services or sub-services and manage them responsibly work on smooth transitions of IT projects into service mode have the opportunity to grow into the role of an IT Service Manager for global applications. You will be part of our global Product line collaborating with colleagues in Prague, Germany and India to deliver best-in-class application services end-to-end. Your Service Management aspiration is to ensure effective and efficient application services end-to-end focusing on highest user satisfaction without any process disruptions. Step by step you will learn all about Mobility and our Business’s contribution to sustainability and the digitalization of transportation. Apart from that, you will get in touch with state-of-the-art IT Technology and develop your technological knowledge and skills: for example, platforms like Dynamics 365 or the Microsoft Power Platform as well as BI & Analytics including AI & ML or Java developments. Your qualifications – solid and appropriate You have at least a bachelor´s degree in information technology or comparable studies. You have gained first experiences in IT Application Management Services, for example from an internship, as a working student or at your first employment. The Agile Manifesto, SAFe, Scrum or DevOps are more than buzzwords for you. You have a strong motivation to learn with us in our services and projects and develop yourself to gain your first full Service Manager responsibility. Professional utilization of the M365 suite is taken for granted. You bring along an excellent English proficiency level. Collaboration and communication with other cultures excites you. Finally, but most important: Innovation is part of your DNA. Your advantage: You are already ITIL V4 certified or have at least started your certification journey. Knowledge about IT Project Management. IT infrastructure and cloud services for applications experience. Knowledge of German. What can you look forward to with us?
